We are looking for people who have recently started a physical fitness program and have successfully and positive results to share! Perhaps you have started a new fitness program because of health reasons, or new goals. Anything from walking, playing a new sport, or anything physical to better your health.

• Allow Shape Up Sugar Land to publish your story and picture for press and SUSL website
• Must be active for at least 3 months plus consistently
• Be of any age, sex or religion
