Shape Up Sugar Land is looking for people who want to set an obtainable physical fitness goal and set their sights on positive results! Chose anything from walking, riding, running, swimming, playing a new sport, or any other physical activity that will better your health.

By successfully reaching your goal you can qualify for Shape Up Sugar Land’s, Super Shaper Award Certificate and a chance to be the quarterly Super Shaper Champion!

In order to participate:

• You must live in the 77479or 77478 zip code
• Complete the Super Shaper Challenge application form found by Clicking Here
• Establish your game plan with any one of the SUSL sponsors
• Allow Shape Up Sugar Land to publish your story and picture for press and on the SUSL website
• Be of any age, sex or religion
